If any clip is found to be defective or unsatisfactory, it will be replaced by a clip of choice, which is of similar value.

Custom Clip Order Policy:
Custom clips are normally shot and delivered within 30 days, depending on the size of the project, unless agreed differently (Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, the production and delivery of ordered custom clips may be currently heavily delayed because of regional lockdown & contact restrictions). In accordance with your clip order, the desired model will be contacted and booked for the shooting. In case the desired actress is already fully booked, you will be notified and the shooting will either be postponed or you can opt for another model. We will realize your script ideas as close as possible and incorporate all important details as per your requirements. We reserve all rights on the final product and reserve the right as we deem necessary for resale or promotional purposes.
